About Longan
Longan was established in 1992, one of China's earliest partnership law firms. In 2017, it successfully restructured as a special general partnership law firm. Currently, Longan has over 550 partners, 2,600 practicing lawyers, and approximately 3,100 employees.
Longan operates 39 offices across 38 cities in China and has established extensive cross-border partnerships with foreign law firms. Our lawyers graduated from prestigious law schools both in China and abroad, with some having practiced for years in the US, UK, and Japan.
