01The Act prohibits intentional publication of covered non-consensual intimate imagery, including qualifying digital forgeries.
02Covered platforms must provide a clear notice-and-removal process.
03After a valid notice, platforms generally have 48 hours to remove the image and take reasonable steps regarding identical copies.
