Handled the “Zhen Kung Fu” case, the Guangdong Bangjia illegal absorption of public deposits case, the E-Zubao illegal absorption of public deposits case, more than 500 loan-related fraud cases, including bank and commercial factoring matters, and more than 300 commercial contract fraud cases. Has also handled a number of high-impact intellectual property matters, particularly criminal cases involving online IP infringement, including the Taobao “Left Wheel YY” case, a case concerning online sales of goods bearing counterfeit registered trademarks involving Chen and Wang (described as the first online criminal case in China), and the “Blue Plan” cross-border crackdown on IP infringement.
