LIU Yanfeng

Liu Yanfeng graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2011 and is a Partner at Beijing Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm. He serves as Secretary-General of the Legal and Financial Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Guangxi Chamber of Commerce, a part-time arbitrator of the Guangzhou Nansha District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration body, a member of the E-Commerce and Logistics Business Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, a member of the Labor and Social Security Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and a council member of the Guangdong Southwest University of Political Science and Law Alumni Association. With more than ten years in legal practice, he has handled over 800 cases and has rich litigation and non-litigation experience. He focuses on efficient resolution of major and difficult civil and commercial disputes, especially commercial economic disputes, corporate legal affairs, intellectual property, and unfair competition, and serves as perennial legal counsel for several large companies. His successful matters have been selected into court typical case databases, including a trade secret dispute involving a NEEQ-listed company that was selected by the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court as one of its 2021 Top Ten Typical Cases.
