LUO Jie

Luo Jie is Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Long An Bay Area Criminal Compliance Research Center and a Senior Partner at Long An Guangzhou. He holds an undergraduate degree in law and a Master of Criminal Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and is a member of the Communist Party of China. With more than ten years of legal experience, he serves as Deputy Secretary-General and member of the Duty Crime Professional Committee of the Guangdong and Guangzhou Lawyers Associations. He focuses on criminal practice and co-founded the Qiming Criminal Defense Team with like-minded criminal defense lawyers. The team has extensive judicial practice experience in criminal defense, criminal accusations and representation, and criminal compliance and risk prevention and has handled more than 700 cases.
