Longan Honors
On December 22, the first Guangdong Lawyer Legal Service Products Competition final was held grandly at Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center, aiming to deeply explore and promote successful cases and excellent legal service products in the lawyer industry of our province, and stimulate the innovation and practical ability of the lawyer team in the field of legal services.
Two legal service products from Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Beijing performed outstandingly. Among them, “AIGC Entrepreneurship·Growth Support Legal Services from 0 to 1” by the Youli LEGAL team won the second prize, and “Full-process Legal Services for Foreign Investment in Lao Mining” by the Jinsheng Fashang team won the third prize.
This competition was organized by the Guangdong Lawyers Association, aiming to promote innovation and development of legal service products and improve the service level of the lawyer industry. After intense preliminary selection, 31 legal service products advanced to the final. These products are innovative, operational, and promotable, covering multiple legal service fields such as civil, criminal, administrative, government legal counsel, corporate business, enterprise legal counsel, digital economy, cross-border, and foreign-related services.
The Youli LEGAL team and Jinsheng Fashang team from Longan Guangzhou stood out among many participants with their excellent legal service products and professional presentations, and won the second and third prizes respectively.

The Youli LEGAL team consists of lawyers such as Chen Huan, Ye Junxi, and Li Qiyao. The team members have professional backgrounds in technology, law, and products. They have published books on “law + ChatGPT” and served as drafters of AIGC standards by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. They have served multiple AIGC startup teams and projects.

The Jinsheng Fashang team is led by Jin Li, a senior partner of Longan Guangzhou and director of the Longan Bay ASEAN Law Research Center. The team members in China include Jin Li and Chen Kaiheng. The Lao team members include 1 licensed Chinese lawyer in Laos and 4 Lao lawyers.

The full-process legal services for foreign investment in Lao mining cover the entire life cycle of foreign investment in Lao mining projects. The service items include legal environment assessment in the investment preparation stage, investment structure design in the project startup stage, administrative permission and approval assistance in the project implementation stage, contract drafting and negotiation in the project operation stage, compliance management in the project operation stage, and legal support in the project exit and transfer stage, covering several sub-segments.
