Industry Integration, Legal Protection

Currently, the digital economy is sweeping the world, and cross-border e-commerce has become an important engine for promoting economic growth in Guangdong. In 2024, the import and export volume of cross-border e-commerce in Guangdong reached 745.4 billion yuan, accounting for one-third of the country’s total. Thanks to the concentration of leading enterprises such as iQiyi and Pinduoduo, Zhaoqing has developed a logistics and storage capacity of over 5 million orders per day. At the same time, human resources services have addressed over 90% of the labor needs in the cross-border e-commerce industry through flexible employment and business outsourcing models.

However, behind this rapid development, legal and management issues such as unbalanced talent structure, labor compliance risks, the definition of cross-border labor relations, and data cross-border flow compliance have gradually become prominent. The Haimeng team has long served in fields such as cross-border e-commerce enterprises, platform operations, payment settlement, and logistics. They are well aware of the importance of legal compliance and risk prevention in the process of industry integration.

Professional Focus, Insights into the Future

The conference conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as “Trends in cross-border e-commerce expansion in 2026”, “Integration directions of cross-border e-commerce and human resources services”, and “New opportunities and policies under the changes in foreign trade”. Representative lawyers from the Haimeng team pointed out during their sharing with attendees that the integration of cross-border e-commerce and human resources is not only a business model innovation, but also involves the intersection of multiple legal systems such as labor law, cross-border e-commerce regulations, and data security laws. Enterprises should pay attention to the construction of compliance systems while expanding their markets, prevent labor risks, and ensure the sustainable operation of their business models.

Haimeng Team: Assisting Enterprises in Sustainable Development

The name of the Haimeng team is “Accepting all rivers, relying on law”. It aims to provide comprehensive and high-quality legal services for cross-border e-commerce enterprises, platform companies, payment providers, logistics providers, and other participants in the cross-border e-commerce industry.

The Haimeng team is always committed to providing comprehensive and multi-level legal support for cross-border e-commerce and related enterprises. This includes contract review, equity structure, labor dispute resolution, data compliance, and cross-border transaction disputes. The Haimeng team is not only a solution provider but also a partner in ensuring the compliant operation of enterprises. Through this conference, the team further realized that legal services must keep up with the pace of industry integration, make early arrangements, and provide forward-looking compliance recommendations and strategic support for enterprises.

In the future, the Haimeng team will continue to focus on the cross-border e-commerce and human resources services ecosystem, actively participate in industry dialogues and policy discussions, help enterprises develop steadily under new business models, and work together to build a more standardized, healthy, and sustainable industry integration ecosystem.
