刘昕 LIU Xin

刘昕律师，隆安全国发展基金会第五届理事长，隆安广州首席合伙人，管委会主任。毕业于西北政法大学行政法系，获法学学士学位；大学毕业后就职于广东省高级人民法院。1997年正式成为执业律师，先后担任广东三正律师事务所高级合伙人、国信联合律师事务所(后更名为国信信扬律师事务所)高级合伙人、主任，广东国匠律师事务所高级合伙人、执行合伙人。

Lawyer LIU Xin, the Fifth Chairman of Long An National Development Foundation, Chief Partner of Long An Guangzhou, Director of the Management Committee. Graduated from the Administrative Law Department of Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree; after graduation, worked at the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court. Became a licensed lawyer in 1997, and successively served as Senior Partner at Guangdong Sanzheng Law Firm, Senior Partner and Director at Guoxin United Law Firm (later renamed Guoxin Xinyang Law Firm), and Senior Partner and Managing Partner at Guangdong Guojian Law Firm.
