Attorney Jiang Sheng

Attorney Jiang Sheng graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a Master of Laws degree. He serves as a legal committee member of the Legal Affairs Committee of the China Television Drama Production Industry Association and is a member of the Beijing Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Jiang has extensive multi-industry and multi-field legal practice experience. His practice focuses on capital markets, entertainment law, and dispute resolution. He specializes in providing systematic legal assessments and full-lifecycle risk control solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives and protect their lawful rights.

In the area of capital markets, Mr. Jiang has participated in A-share and HK-share initial public offering (IPO) projects for leading enterprises during his tenure at a domestic Red Circle firm and a top-tier Chinese law firm. He has advised clients on early-stage equity structuring, legal due diligence, and regulatory inquiries. Additionally, he handles complex non-litigation projects, such as equity investment and financing, providing full-process services including due diligence, transaction document drafting, negotiations, and closing. His business covers real estate and construction, TMT, new consumer goods, healthcare, energy, and chemicals, delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to regulatory trends and industry characteristics.

In the field of entertainment law, Mr. Jiang focuses on serving market entities in pan-entertainment industries such as short dramas, livestreaming, gaming, and e-sports. His practice covers IP licensing and enforcement, investment and financing for film/television projects, talent agency contracts and termination disputes, personality rights compliance, and general corporate counsel. He possesses deep insight into the business logic and compliance pain points of the entertainment industry, with rich experience in proactive risk management and commercial dispute resolution.

In dispute resolution, Mr. Jiang handles disputes involving commercial contracts, corporate equity, real estate and construction, and intellectual property. Familiar with court processes and evidentiary rules across various levels, he has represented clients in numerous commercial disputes, successfully recovering debts and mitigating financial losses while preserving business relationships through mediation where possible.

Attorney Xie Jia

Attorney Xie Jia holds a solid interdisciplinary background. She graduated from South China University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws degree and later obtained a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Korea University, combining legal expertise with multidisciplinary thinking. Throughout her career, Ms. Xie has accumulated extensive experience in commercial, family, and cross-border legal matters. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Korean, providing a strong linguistic and professional foundation for cross-border legal services.

Ms. Xie has over 10 years of practical experience in corporate in-house counsel, compliance, shareholder and board management, and business operations. Her core practice covers foreign-related and Hong-Kong-related family and commercial law, corporate law, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. She specializes in cross-border M&A, international contract disputes, and shareholder rights protection, precisely meeting the needs of domestic and foreign clients.

Ms. Xie has handled complex cross-border legal cases across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong SAR, the United States, South Korea, Italy, Australia, the Republic of the Congo, and the British Virgin Islands. She has also represented clients in mainland China in disputes regarding equity transfers, shareholder rights, unfair competition, intellectual property, and securities misrepresentation.

Drawing on her business management experience, Ms. Xie understands corporate operational challenges. She remains committed to delivering pragmatic, reliable, and high-efficiency legal services to both corporate and individual clients.

Attorney Zeng Shaohui

Attorney Zeng Shaohui graduated from Jinan University and has practiced law for nearly ten years. Known for his rigorous and responsible professional attitude, Mr. Zeng is adept at identifying key issues in complex cases to formulate effective strategies. His practice focuses on criminal defense, civil and commercial litigation, construction, and real estate, with a strong track record in probation defense and obtaining bail.

Mr. Zeng has handled hundreds of litigation cases, several of which are representative. For instance, he successfully represented a materials supplier in a supply contract dispute with a major group, recovering tens of millions of RMB; represented an employee in a labor dispute against a leading foreign bank, securing compensation close to double the standard rate (2N); and successfully obtained bail within 37 days for a client accused of occupational embezzlement involving over one million RMB, protecting the client’s legitimate rights.
