Lawyer Ye Junxi has a dual background in law and engineering, as well as the roles of lawyer and arbitrator. She is the author of the best-selling book “Guide to Using ChatGPT by Lawyers” published by Law Press. She is also a contributor to the “Compliance Guidelines for Data Applications in Generative Artificial Intelligence” prepared by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center. She serves on the Cultural Media and Sports Entertainment Law Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. She is also an expert in intellectual property within the Market Supervision Bureau. She is a leading foreign-related lawyer in Guangzhou and is listed in the “List of Specialized Foreign-related Lawyers in Guangzhou”.

She was a member of the Electronique and Game Law Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association in the tenth session. She was awarded the title of “Excellent Member”.

He is a member of the Chinese Law Society and is included in the Guangdong Foreign-related Lawyers Talent Pool. He is a member of the first council of the China Medical Equipment Intellectual Property Alliance. He won the third national finals of the China E-commerce Lecturer Competition. Lawyer Ren Chao passed the judicial examination in 2008. He has worked for many years at Sinopec CNOY Ship Fuel Supply Co., Ltd., where he served as the head of the Business Risk Department.

Since starting his career as a lawyer, Lawyer Ren Chao has focused on legal matters related to economic criminal cases, company law, and private equity funds. He has represented several criminal cases related to intellectual property, contract fraud, casinos, prostitution, and illegal fundraising. Lawyer Lin Zhipeng is the deputy director of the Real Estate Department at Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm and the deputy secretary-general of the Longan National Construction and Real Estate Law Committee.

Lawyer Cai Jiaxin is also a member of the Longan Guangzhou Party Branch. She has played an important role as a Party member. During her career, she has received several awards, including “Excellent Full-time Lawyer” and “Social Welfare Award” from the firm. She has also participated in the International Commercial Arbitration Simulation Competition in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and received a victory award. She has also obtained certificates for basic psychological counseling training, international commercial mediator skills, and training certificates from the Shenzhen Women’s Federation’s family education training program.
