Yushu Bay is one of the key attractions during the Hunan Tourism Development Conference. The moonlight flowing over the stone paths and wooden stilt houses in Yushu Bay tells the stories of ordinary life and the lights of thousands of families in ordinary alleys.

During National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the whole family went to Huidong Xunliao Bay to fish. It was a spectacular sight when the sunset cast golden rays across the sea. Life is not just about the mundane; we also need to seek the beauty of the mountains and rivers.

During National Day in 2025, as the sun set, vehicles heading north and ships heading south crossed each other on the Nansha Port Expressway in Guangzhou University Town. In the sunset, they formed a dynamic intersection. The golden sunset, the bridge like a banner, the city silhouettes and the ripples on the water, and the people by the river—this dynamic scene is a wonderful resonance of urban rhythm and natural poetry during Guangzhou’s National Day dusk.

This is Zhanjiang before a typhoon, as well as the scene by Jinsha Bay during National Day holiday. The huge statue of a water athlete, in the distance is Zhanjiang’s new landmark – the Zhanjiang Cultural Center, built using the concept of intangible cultural heritage “Diaoshun Longdong”. The glistening reflections create a beautiful visual experience. By the sea are happy tourists, blue sky and sea, showing the beautiful coastal scenery.
06. “The Year of Cunjin”

The Ferris wheel in Cunjin Park in Zhanjiang, revolving with my entire childhood of Mid-Autumn and National Day. In the yellowed glass filtering the light, there is the outline of my hometown etched in my blood – new buildings and old alleys nestled under the clouds, and the familiar smell of life in the wind. Even when I grow up, my gaze still falls on this warm city.

My niece looking up at the moon, frozen in the silver night. Her childlike hair is coated with the soft edge of the moonlight, and the full moon is like a suspended jade plate, reflecting the ancient theme of “change in the moon’s phases” into its current perfection. The Mid-Autumn moon is sweet, like the half-chewed strawberry mooncake in her hand; it is also warm, like the warmth of her family laughing behind her. But suddenly, I feel the moon’s shadow trembling – she will grow up, the moon will be missing half, but this moment of reunion and purity is enough for time to pause.

During National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, this scene of stone bridge iron flowers blooming is a splendid note of national celebration.
The iron flowers are as bright as a star rain, the stone bridge reflects the water with a quiet warmth, the national flag and flowers adorn it, blending the festive excitement with the warmth of reunion into a beautiful picture.

Taking the whole family on a cruise to Thanh Pho to celebrate Mid-Autumn by the sea, on the way back from Banan Mountain to the port, just after a heavy rain, the light clouds at dusk, the rising moon, yet already shining with the sun, reminding me of “as if in the Mirror of Yuyao Terrace, flying in the blue clouds”.
