Additionally, Lawyer Zhou Junwei, Director of Long’an Guangzhou, and Lawyer Sha Yuchen, founding partner, also took time to participate in this visit and discussion. They engaged in in-depth discussions on law firm management and operation, development strategies, and the application of artificial intelligence in the legal profession.

Accompanied by Director Liu Xin and others, Director Wu Yongxin and his team visited the multi-functional meeting rooms, party building rooms, and office areas in Long’an Guangzhou, as well as the newly leased 45-story office space and fitness area. They got a deeper understanding of digital management facilities such as access control systems and intelligent office equipment.

At the beginning of the discussion, Director Liu Xin extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Long’an Shenyang. He said that Long’an Shenyang has been operating for over twenty years, with deep professional expertise and steady large-scale development. This shows its strong competitive ability and brand influence in the regional market. This in-depth dialogue between the two regions is not only a practical example of sharing experiences within the Long’an system, but also an important opportunity for both sides to work together on the high-quality development of the law firms.

During the discussion, Director Liu shared in-depth insights on topics such as the law firm management mechanism, development goals, exploration of artificial intelligence, and platform improvement. He pointed out that with the advent of the AI era, lawyers’ dependence on law firms will decrease. Law firm platforms must enhance their sense of urgency and continuously improve their capabilities to enhance their core competitiveness.

Director Wu Yongxin expressed his sincere gratitude for the warm reception and honest sharing by Long’an Guangzhou. He introduced the formation of the new Management Committee of Long’an Shenyang and briefly explained the current management structure of the law firm. Director Wu also detailed the development history and characteristics of Long’an Shenyang, and objectively analyzed its strengths and weaknesses. He said that through multiple discussions with Director Liu Xin, he was inspired by his ideas on law firm development. This visit coincides with the new Management Committee taking office, and he hopes to use this opportunity to engage in more in-depth discussions with colleagues in Guangzhou, thereby gaining valuable experience for the next stage of development of Long’an Shenyang.

During the discussion, both sides discussed key issues such as law firm governance, cost control, talent recruitment and development, and administrative support.

Lawyer Zheng Kexin, based on her experience in operating the office in Shenyang and her personal experiences during this visit, shared her changes in mindset. She said that through in-depth discussions with colleagues in Long’an Guangzhou, her mindset became more calm. In the future, she will actively embrace change, focus on areas that align with her development, and continuously improve herself through exploration.

During the discussion, Lawyer Wu Rangjun said that the key to solving problems in traditional law firms is specialized management and professional operation. A dedicated team is needed to handle daily operations. By clarifying operational actions, building empowering platforms, and avoiding conflicts of interest, the law firm can achieve long-term healthy development. In addition, Wu’s team is exploring artificial intelligence. He pointed out that artificial intelligence is essentially a amplifier that will accelerate the “K-type differentiation” in the industry. Those who use AI effectively will experience exponential growth. Law firms should embrace this trend, break free from traditional concepts, and actively train lawyers who are well-suited for AI, adapting to the changes of the new era through observation and reflection.

Lawyer Zhou Junwei, based on his experience in various law firms, understood the differences in operating models. He shared practical experiences in mechanism design, resource integration, and internal communication, providing valuable references for further cooperation. He also pointed out that Long’an Shenyang has unique advantages due to its steady development, with a pool of talented people who can be learned from.

Both sides agreed that, with the continued expansion of Long’an’s operations across the country, regular communication between offices is essential. This is not only a way to address development challenges but also a key way to share management wisdom and strengthen collaboration.

This discussion is the first in-depth dialogue between the new Management Committee of Long’an Guangzhou and Long’an Shenyang. Both sides shared management experiences, and broad consensus was reached on topics such as large-scale development, development goals, backend support, and regional collaboration. In the future, both sides will deepen their communication, enhance their core competitiveness through exchange of experiences and resource cooperation, and contribute to the overall coordinated and high-quality development of Long’an in the north-south region.
