I. Recruitment Policy

Longan Guangzhou Phase III New Office Area Recruitment Policy

1. Rooms and Seats (including shared seats): If you register and transfer before January 1, 2026, and move in before September 30, 2026, you will enjoy a 6-month free period and a 50% discount for the next 6 months in the first year.

2. Rooms: Bright rooms with windows, no dark rooms, with significant price advantages. The average price per square meter is as low as 5110 yuan/year (including one free seating space).

3. Seats: The original price is 24000 yuan/year, but after a 50% discount, it becomes 12000 yuan/year for comfortable L-shaped large seats with a dedicated storage locker.

4. Shared Seats: The original price is 12000 yuan/year, but after a 50% discount, it becomes 7200 yuan/year.

5. After the promotion period ends, rooms and fixed seats will continue to enjoy a 75% discount; shared seats will enjoy a 60% discount.

6. Starting from April 1, 2026, the retention ratio for law firms will be completely reduced, with no separate management fee.

7. New lawyers who join after transfer have no time limit for staying at the firm, and can transfer at any time.

8. The above promotion policies are only applicable to new lawyers joining the newly expanded office area (Phase III).
