New Office Space Admission Policy
- Partner lawyer teams are exempt from office room and workstation fees for the first 12 months.
- Independent lawyers are exempt from the L-shaped comfortable fixed workstation fee or shared workstation fee for the first 12 months.
- After the special concession period ends, room and workstation fees will be charged at 75% of the standard rate (average room price as low as CNY 5,110/year/m², with one workstation free). After discount, an L-shaped comfortable large workstation costs CNY 18,000/year, and a shared workstation costs CNY 7,200/year.
- Special funds and support policies:
(1) The firm focuses on strategic practice areas—new energy, artificial intelligence and data compliance, overseas expansion, entertainment, cultural tourism, and biopharmaceuticals. For lawyers in these fields, we offer differentiated, customized policies and a special development fund, forming an all-round support system of “resources + fund + promotion.”
(2) We have established lawyer professional development support funds, including an incubation fund for lawyers at the start-up stage and an acceleration fund for lawyers at the growth stage. Fund recipients do not bear the risk of fund losses, helping lawyers who aim to deepen their professional expertise or continuously expand their teams go further.
(3) Other support funds include a large-consumption support fund, supplementary introduction of third-party litigation funding, and business derivative investment funds.
Newly joining lawyers must register before October 2026 and complete their transfer before December 31 of the same year.
