Introduction to the Lawyer Team Led by Zhou Junwei

Lawyer Zhou has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer. Since starting his practice, he has provided high-quality legal services to many clients. He has served the Guangzhou Port Bureau, the Guangdong Cross-border E-commerce Industry Association, the Shunde Jewelry Chamber of Commerce in Foshan, the Guangdong Enterprise Federation, and more than 20 large state-owned, private, and cross-border enterprises. He has extensive experience in government and enterprise services, corporate compliance, and commercial legal services.
He specializes in bankruptcy restructuring and liquidation, criminal matters, and international matters. In terms of bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring, Lawyer Zhou has been the manager or head of the liquidation team for nearly 40 bankruptcy liquidation cases. He has in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation, as well as the laws and procedures for the disposal of state-owned assets. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy and liquidation of “zombie enterprises”. In recent years, he has successfully handled more than 40 bankruptcy restructuring cases, including 4 major bankruptcy restructuring cases with assets or liabilities exceeding one billion. He has extensive experience in handling major cases.
Thanks to his work experience at China Customs, Lawyer Zhou has a deep understanding and rich experience in handling corporate financial matters.
