He started with data on intellectual property protection in e-commerce platforms, highlighting the lack of effective protection. He introduced four channels for complaints. Then, he focused on specific solutions for complaints within the platform. He suggested methods such as platform registration, warning letters from the rights holder, legal letters, evidence collection, and further legal letters to help companies protect their intellectual property. He also shared strategies for dealing with uncertainties in intellectual property cases, such as complaints, warnings to merchants, removing infringing products, and timely, reasonable, and effective communication to gain support from existing and potential customers. Finally, he concluded that litigation is just a means to solve problems.
