The fragrance of osmanthus in the golden autumn fills the heart, and the full moon brings deep affection in Longan. As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches in 2025, on the afternoon of September 26th, the Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Beijing came up with a unique event themed “Music Brings You Here, the Moon Brings Joy”, creating a Mid-Autumn Carnival that combines music, games, welcome events, and birthday celebrations. This event broke away from the traditional framework of the law firm’s activities, cleverly transforming the professional space into a “Law Firm Livehouse” filled with rhythm and warmth, showcasing humanistic care and cultural creativity. The event was hosted by Lawyer Huang Hui.

At the event, Lawyer Huang Hui briefly introduced the process and behind-the-scenes work, speaking appropriately and calmly. With an inspiring voice and the right rhythm, she skillfully connected the different parts of the event and interacted actively with the audience, creating a focused yet harmonious atmosphere.

Music as the heartbeat, rhythmizing the Mid-Autumn

The entire event was centered around music, with melodies linking every exciting moment. At the beginning, through a video, Lawyer Ye Junxi introduced the AI platform created by Lawyer Ye Junxi and Li Boyang in a creative RAP, showcasing the modern integration of legal professionals in different fields.

Lawyer He Ruiping and Tan Qiju used the classic Cantonese song “Moon Half Night Lament” to create a nostalgic atmosphere.

Then, Lawyer Dai Keiying started with a beautiful violin piece, and together with Lawyer Chen Changqin, they performed “Below Mount Fuji” and “Love Transfer”, mixing Mandarin and Cantonese to give the classics a fresh rhythm.

The Longan Guangzhou Choir performed grandly, using classic songs like “As Expected” and “Xuan Cao Flower” to create a warm atmosphere with multi-voice performances.

Game Interaction: Music connecting,默契 spreading love

In the “Who is the King of Song Guess” segment, as soon as the prelude started, colleagues quickly became “little Chinese music libraries”, actively answering questions, showing their talent; the “Music Messenger” tested team coordination, with participants interpreting lyrics through body movements, creating funny actions and unexpected “mis transmissions”, generating continuous laughter and breaking down barriers.

Gentle Games: Traditional reinterpretation, the moon reflecting on hearts

The event also retained the traditional charm of the Mid-Autumn Festival. The lantern riddles inspired wisdom, the Mid-Autumn version of curling was fun, and the sign-in board shaped like a full moon became a poetic corner where each participant could leave their unique mark, harmonizing traditional customs with modern creativity.

Tender Moments: Welcoming new members, celebrating birthdays together

A special section for new colleagues to introduce themselves allowed members of Longan Guangzhou to quickly integrate into the team’s warmth. At the same time, birthday parties were held in the third quarter, with everyone singing birthday wishes and sharing sweet cakes, sincere feelings flowing slowly under the flickering candles.

This music-themed carnival is not only a delicate expression of Longan Guangzhou’s care for employees, but also a vivid showcase of its innovative, energetic, and humanistic organizational culture. Through music, emotions are conveyed, and the full moon brings people together.
