On March 27, the “Hong Kong Assets Investigation and Cross-Border Enforcement Practice Seminar” event held by Longan Guangzhou came to a successful conclusion. Lawyer Chen Wenxin from Longan Guangzhou/Hong Kong office elaborated in detail on the types and investigation methods of Hong Kong assets, the main basis and procedures for cross-border enforcement, and the cooperation between lawyers from both regions in cross-border enforcement matters.
