Recently, the Longan Guangzhou Party Branch was honored to receive an invitation from the Tianhenan Street Party and Mass Service Center, the Tianhenan Street New Era Civilization Practice Center, and the Guangzhou Tianhenan Street Social Work Station. Lawyer Cai Jiaxin, a member of our Party, responded promptly to this invitation. During the “Vibrant South Street Walk – Youth Festival Public Welfare Walk” event, she explained the legal knowledge related to property safety, life and health, and personal dignity in the Civil Code in simple language to the community residents, thereby enhancing their awareness of their rights.
At the event, the residents asked many questions. Lawyer Cai Jiaxin, leveraging her professional legal knowledge, answered their questions with enthusiasm. She covered topics ranging from marriage and family to labor contracts, and even criminal fraud. By doing so, she helped the residents understand the Civil Code and other legal knowledge, thereby improving their legal awareness and helping them avoid legal risks.
During this public welfare walk, Lawyer Cai explained the legal knowledge related to the Civil Code to the community residents. This increased their understanding of the Civil Code. It also made them realize that the Civil Code is a law that protects ordinary people. This improved their legal literacy and their awareness of their rights. This event was not just a legal education and public welfare activity; it also helped to raise the residents’ awareness of knowing and using the law.
