Lawyer Zhou Junwei

Senior partner of Longan Guangzhou, deputy director of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association

Lawyer Zhou Junwei delivered a 100-minute in-depth analysis under the title “Two Guarantees for the Development of Private Enterprises – The Civil Code and the Promotion of Private Economy Law”. The lecture provided a detailed interpretation of the newly implemented Promotion of Private Economy Law. It focused on the institutional guarantees provided by this law for private enterprises in optimizing the business environment, regulating government actions, and stimulating market vitality. At the same time, Lawyer Zhou Junwei explained the fundamental role of the Civil Code as a basic law of the market economy, in ensuring property rights security, regulating contract transactions, and clarifying tort liability.

Lawyer Zhou’s explanation was clear and logical. He not only accurately summarized the core principles of relevant legal provisions, but also used his extensive practical experience to introduce typical judicial cases and corporate compliance examples, transforming abstract legal regulations into actionable risk prevention and rights protection measures for enterprises. He emphasized that “the two laws working together” constitute a solid legal barrier for the sustainable development of private enterprises in the new era. This provides clear guidance for enterprises to improve their legal management, prevent legal risks, and achieve high-quality development.

This lecture was conducted both online and offline. It was broadcast simultaneously on 21财经 and Guangdong Economic and Science Education Channel. The online impact exceeded that of the offline event. Through the live broadcast platform, members of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, chamber of commerce organizations, and leaders and legal personnel of private enterprises from across the province could easily participate. The number of online viewers finally exceeded 120,000, far exceeding expectations, showing the urgent need and high recognition of the market for high-quality legal education.
