Finally, Zhang provided practical guidance and important references for enterprises to address challenges in trade secret protection, helping them improve their capabilities in trade secret protection and response strategies.
During the event, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Research Association also introduced the mini-app for trade secret protection being developed in Guangzhou. This app, as a convenient and efficient tool, will provide “one-stop” online services for trade secret protection, including legal query, case-based education, online consultation, event notifications, and download of standard documents. It aims to further improve the informatization level of trade secret protection and enhance enterprises’ self-protection capabilities.
Finally, representatives from municipal and district-level market supervision administrations, courts, procuratorates, and public security bureaus engaged in in-depth discussions on issues related to judicial practices in trade secret matters, evidence collection strategies for trade secret infringement, and judicial evaluation of the non-public nature of trade secrets. They shared their experiences and practices in trade secret protection, and offered many constructive suggestions for further strengthening trade secret protection efforts.
