Recently, the “Application of AI Tools in Legal Practice (Mediation)” training and the Mediation Practitioner Seminar of Changsha Intermediate People’s Court (Issue 8), jointly organized by the Hunan Lawyers Association and Changsha Intermediate People’s Court, and co-hosted by the Mediation and Arbitration Law Committee and the Corporate Law Committee of the Hunan Lawyers Association, was successfully held in Changsha.

This event focused on “Technology Empowering Legal Practice”. Lawyer Li Boyang and Lawyer Ye Junxi from Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm were invited as keynote speakers. They provided in-depth insights on the application of artificial intelligence in legal mediation and practice.

Lawyer Li Boyang addressed the topic of “Skills and Mistakes in Applying AI Technology in Mediation Practice”. Starting from the basic principles of large language models, he explained the common mistakes and practical skills in the application of AI tools, and highlighted the deep application scenarios of element-based legal documents with AI assistance.

Lawyer Ye Junxi shared his views on “The Application of Legal Artificial Intelligence and the Return to the Professional Essence”. His content covered the usage methods and research approaches of legal AI tools, as well as how artificial intelligence can further unlock the professional potential of legal professionals, thereby enhancing their professional value.
