Using two cases—disputes over rights to volleyball national league (VNL) events and commercial development in the Japanese spring high school volleyball league—he explained the common legal risks related to sports event rights transactions, sports sponsorship, development of sports event IP products, and the brokerage of student athletes. His deep understanding of the development trends in the sports industry, as well as his knowledge and control over legal risks in sports brokerage activities, earned wide praise from the participating agents.
More than twenty sports agents from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Foshan, and other places participated in this exchange event. These agents were involved in sports event brokerage, sports organization brokerage, sports business brokerage, and athlete brokerage. The sports events included football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, track and field, swimming, badminton, table tennis, and rugby.
