Recently, the Guangzhou session of the Chinese Enterprise Going Global Salon, organized by the Chinese Enterprise “Going Global” Comprehensive Service Center, Shenzhen Dafan Overseas and the Mexican RTDC Law Firm, with the support of the Mexican Entrepreneurs’ Federation, Yaocan Going Global and Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm, was held in Nansha District, Guangzhou. Lawyer Yang Lun from Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm was invited to serve as the host of the event and translate between Chinese and English on site. He discussed topics such as North American international trade policies, Mexican investment and business environment, and legal compliance with the attendees.

He highlighted the investment environment and key areas in Mexico, and explained some legal issues that are of concern to business people. Then, together with Lawyer Yang Lun, they discussed common legal and compliance issues during enterprises’ international expansion with the business people present. Lawyer Yang Lun’s legal expertise and international perspective were widely recognized by the attendees.

The Chinese Enterprise “Going Global” Comprehensive Service Base (abbreviated as “Going Global” Base) is a major project aimed at implementing the strategic plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and at creating an important support for the “Belt and Road” initiative in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It was officially launched in October 2023 and is currently the only national-level “Going Global” comprehensive service platform in China.
The “Going Global” Base is located in Nansha District, Guangzhou. It aims to provide a world-class integrated service system for cross-border investment and financing for enterprises. It offers one-stop services such as policy consultation, investment promotion, financial and tax services, risk prevention, and dispute resolution for Chinese enterprises “going global”.

Lawyer Yang Lun is a lawyer from Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm. He graduated from the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University and the Law School of Vanderbilt University in the United States.
