Recently, in accordance with the “Articles of Association of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association” and the “Notice on the Registration of the Working Institutions of the 11th Guangzhou Lawyers Association”, the Guangzhou Lawyers Association has officially determined the list of members of the Foreign-related Legal Services Branch of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association after various procedures such as application, review, selection, and related deliberations. Lawyer Luo Yunyu and Lawyer Qiu Wei, partners at Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm, have been selected to serve as officers of the Foreign-related Legal Services Branch of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

Lawyer Luo Yunyu
Lawyer Luo Yunyu is a partner at Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm and the deputy head of the Real Estate Department. She is also a member of the Longan National Construction and Real Estate Law Committee. She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Renmin University of China. During her undergraduate studies, she studied at the Law School of Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Lawyer Luo has worked in court as a judge, having many years of public service experience. Later, she worked in legal compliance related to urban renewal for a large foreign-funded real estate company. After starting her legal career, she practiced as a lawyer in the real estate and urban renewal law team. She is familiar with various legal aspects such as urban renewal, real estate development, due diligence and investment transactions, construction projects, property rentals, corporate legal compliance, and foreign-related legal services. She has a solid foundation in legal theory and rich practical experience.
Lawyer Luo has provided various legal services for governments, village collectives, property owners, local state-owned enterprises, central state-owned enterprises, developers, financial institutions, and pre-project service companies. She has been involved in over 50 real estate/urban renewal projects in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan. She also serves as a permanent legal advisor for many organizations, providing professional training for them. In addition, Lawyer Luo has specialized in the business of Chinese enterprises going global. She has been invited by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Turkish Consulate in Guangzhou to share her legal expertise with over a hundred entrepreneurs in Turkey. She has also established close relationships with relevant institutions in Turkey, Hong Kong, and Singapore, aiming to provide professional services for enterprises and entrepreneurs going global.
Lawyer Qiu Wei
Lawyer Qiu Wei holds a master’s degree in law from Sun Yat-sen University and has passed the English Proficiency Test at the eighth level. She currently serves as a legal advisor for several foreign-funded enterprises. Qiu Wei specializes in legal services related to dispute resolution, intellectual property, and foreign-related legal matters, as well as corporate and government legal advisory services. She has provided comprehensive legal services, including intellectual property litigation and non-litigious matters, for many Fortune 500 companies both in China and abroad. Her clients include Microsoft, Adobe, Adidas, Dyson, Honeywell, Aston Martin, Blue Hole, PUBG, SHEIN, Universal Optoelectronics, China Telecom, Galashine, NetEase, Tongrentang, and Zhujiang Cable. Qiu Wei has also provided legal services for various government agencies and state-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province, including the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the Baiyun District Housing Construction and Transportation Bureau of Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Development Zone Administrative Service Management Center, the Guangzhou Development Zone Construction Quality and Safety Inspection Center, Guangdong Yuecai Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Guangdong Yuecai Asset Management Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Nansha Port Development Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Zhongli Investment Development Co., Ltd.
