Positions

Position 1: Practicing Lawyer (Intellectual Property Direction)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead litigation cases in copyright, trademark, and unfair competition.

Requirements:

  1. 2-6 years of practice experience, with over 30 intellectual property litigation cases (non-batch), capable of independently and with a team handling complex IP cases.
  2. Values aligned with the team, strongly agreeing with the team’s value of “professional depth, service warmth.”
  3. Responsible, always prioritizing client interests.
  4. Committed to a team-based work model, able to withstand high work pressure, hardworking.

Compensation:

Annual salary of 200,000 to 500,000 RMB, negotiable.

Position 2: Trainee Lawyer

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in handling various intellectual property, civil, or criminal cases.
  2. Assist in handling non-litigation projects related to online games and other comprehensive legal matters.

Requirements:

  1. Practical experience or in-depth research in internet legal practice (e.g., online games, blockchain, AIGC, data/privacy compliance, overseas compliance, internet criminal law) preferred.
  2. Recognize a team-based work model, strong sense of cooperation.
  3. Long-term commitment to the legal profession, able to withstand high work pressure, hardworking, responsible.

Position 3: Trainee Lawyer

Practice Areas:

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in handling commercial litigation.
  2. Daily contract review.
  3. Foreign-related legal services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law from a prestigious domestic or foreign university (recent graduates of 2026 may apply for internship; upon obtaining degree, outstanding candidates may be offered a position after graduation).
  2. Passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (for 2026 graduates, passing the exam is preferred).
  3. Strong verbal and written expression skills, excellent research and writing ability.
  4. Proficient in office software and databases, excellent research and analysis skills.
  5. Responsible, proactive, with a good team spirit.
  6. Experience in judicial organs or domestic/foreign law firms preferred.
  7. Since the team handles cross-border and overseas services, strong English conversation and working language ability is preferred.
