Lawyer Huang Qingfeng
Huang Qingfeng is a senior partner at Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Beijing. He also serves as the deputy director and secretary-general of the Longan Bay Commercial Arbitration Research Center.
His areas of expertise include commercial arbitration studies, real estate and construction projects, and financial and capital market disputes. He is a member of the China Arbitration Law Research Society, an arbitrator at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and an arbitrator in multiple locations such as Beihai, Zhaoqing, and Heyuan. He is also a member of the Arbitration and Law Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association (Outstanding Member for 2023).
Lawyer Ye Peng
Ye Peng is a senior partner at Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Beijing. He also serves as the secretary of the Longan Guangzhou Party Branch, head of the Longan Guangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Legal Service Center, a member of the China Law Society, and head of the Longan Guangzhou E-commerce Legal Service Department. He is also a member of the Information Technology Construction Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Internet Finance Law Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association.
Ye Peng specializes in legal services related to civil and commercial matters and e-commerce. So far, he has handled numerous litigation and dispute cases in the e-commerce industry, including contract disputes related to online information, platform service contracts, transportation contracts, product quality infringement disputes, live streaming disputes, and intellectual property disputes. In addition, he has provided legal services such as legal counsel for e-commerce companies and compliance legal services for state-owned enterprises. He has also organized various legal lectures and training sessions for clients.
Lawyer Wu Jianing
Wu Jianing provides legal services in areas such as construction contract disputes, construction contract-related sales contract disputes, corporate legal counsel, civil and commercial matters (execution), and criminal defense.
Lawyer Wu has extensive experience in litigation. During his practice, he has recovered hundreds of thousands of yuan for several construction companies and nearly half a hundred million yuan for several building materials companies.
Lawyer Deng Chuanchao
Deng Chuanchao has been working in legal affairs since 2013. He adheres to the principle of professional and efficient service. He is skilled in handling various litigation and non-litigation matters. So far, he has handled over a hundred dispute cases, including construction contract disputes, equity disputes, shareholder rights disputes, and various contract disputes. The cases are handled at various levels, from local courts to the Supreme People’s Court. By combining rich theoretical knowledge with practical experience, he specializes in areas such as real estate, companies, equity, and construction projects. He has accumulated extensive theoretical and practical experience, enabling him to create legal risk prevention systems for clients and design effective litigation strategies. He ensures the protection of clients’ rights in dispute cases. With his solid legal knowledge, dedication, and responsible attitude, he has received consistent praise from clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
