LONGAN

On September 8th, the First Guangdong Provincial Lawyer Industry AI Innovation Competition Finale was successfully held in Foshan. The event was organized by the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association, with the support of the Foshan Lawyers Association and the Informationization Work Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association. More than 300 people attended the event, including leaders and guests from various organizations such as the All-China Lawyers Association, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice, the Foshan Municipal Committee & People’s Congress, the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association, and the Foshan Municipal Justice Bureau. Among them were 15 competing teams, lawyers, and representatives from legal technology companies.

The “AI Research and Law Office” team, composed of lawyers Li Boyang and Ye Junxi, delivered a concise and professional presentation on the value of the “Element-based Pleading and Argument Generation Platform” for lawyers’ work. They demonstrated how this platform can effectively generate element-based documents using AI. Both lawyers received high praise from the judges for their expertise and professionalism. As a result, they won the second prize in the competition.

Another encouraging news is that the “Element-based Pleading and Argument Generation Platform” has been implemented in a local court in Hunan. This court plans to develop further tools for mediation, court proceedings, and document generation based on the elements provided by clients. This shows the high level of maturity and practicality of this product.

Since 2025, Longan Guangzhou has achieved significant results in areas such as “AI + Law” and data compliance. On August 16, 2025, the “Longan Cup” National AI Legal AI Assistant Competition awarded first prizes to the “Outbound Compliance Tool” and the “Smart Lawyer AI Litigation and Court Proceedings Assistance System” developed by Longan Guangzhou. On August 22, 2025, the Longan Guangzhou team led by lawyer Chen Huan won first place in the Fourth Pajou Algorithm Competition. On September 8, 2025, lawyers Li Boyang and Ye Junxi won the second prize in the First Guangdong Provincial Lawyer Industry AI Innovation Competition. This shows Longan Guangzhou’s long-term efforts in “Law + AI/Data Compliance” and its importance in enhancing its brand influence and competitiveness in this field. In the future, Longan Guangzhou will continue to promote the development and application of legal technology, providing more efficient, precise, and professional legal solutions to clients.
