Recently, the 9th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Lawyers’ Games, jointly organized by the Guangdong Lawyers Association, the Hong Kong Lawyers Association, and the Macao Lawyers’ Guild, was held grandly in Hong Kong. The team of Guangdong lawyers, represented by Lawyer Liao Miaoting and Lawyer Yang Lun from Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm, won the silver medal in the volleyball team competition of the 9th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Lawyers’ Games!

It is reported that the 9th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Lawyers’ Games featured 12 major categories and 79 sub-categories, including football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, billiards, swimming, bowling, table tennis, badminton, bridge, running, and golf. A total of over 410 lawyers and athletes from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao participated in the competition. Among them, 115 lawyers and athletes from the Guangdong Lawyers Association organized participated in the competition.

In the volleyball team competition of the 9th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Lawyers’ Games, the team of Guangdong lawyers, represented by Lawyer Liao Miaoting and Lawyer Yang Lun, faced a fierce competition with the Hong Kong lawyers’ team. Both teams relied on their well-coordinated teamwork and strategic plans to maintain a tight score. The atmosphere during the competition was intense and exciting. In the end, the Guangdong lawyers’ team won the silver medal in the volleyball team competition of the 9th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Lawyers’ Games!

This Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Lawyers’ Games provided a valuable platform for lawyers from the three regions to communicate with each other. Through this competition, the lawyers from Longan, Guangzhou, not only demonstrated their excellent competitive spirit and teamwork skills, but also strengthened their relationships with lawyers from Hong Kong and Macao. In the future, Longan, Guangzhou will continue to promote the spirit of this competition, and strengthen legal cooperation and exchanges among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. Lawyer Liao Miaoting

Lawyer Liao Miaoting holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. She started working as a lawyer in 2021. She has served many multinational companies, foreign embassies in China, and top domestic companies.

As one of the early lawyers who focused on sports, Lawyer Yang Lun has in-depth knowledge in the areas of athlete management, event operations, sports venue management, sports sponsorship, sports intangible assets, and sports disputes. She has also handled many disputes related to sports intellectual property protection and sports training. Lawyer Yang Lun has the qualifications to be an sports agent and a volleyball referee.
