Dreams on the green court, competition under the basket! From May 23 to 24, 2026, the first national sports event in Long’an Province was successfully held at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (Liangxiang Campus). The Long’an (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Beijing participated in two sports events—men’s football and men’s basketball—at this sports event. Both teams lived up to expectations, winning all matches and receiving multiple individual awards. They demonstrated great spirit and strong skills!

This national sports event was the first such event organized by the Long’an Law Firm. Nearly 200 athletes from offices across the country participated. It was a sports event that brought together all people from Long’an. It was also a celebration of unity, showcasing the spirit of Long’an and fostering cooperation among different offices.

This football match saw teams from Long’an Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Guangzhou participating. The matches were well-organized, and each game was exciting. Facing strong opponents, Guangzhou football team, which has deep experience in football, remained calm, controlled the game well, and advanced steadily to the final.

In the final, Guangzhou vs. Shenzhen. Shenzhen showed excellent tactical skills and execution. The team played stubbornly and fought hard, putting pressure on Guangzhou. In the first half, around 5 minutes in, Shenzhen scored first through a defensive counterattack. In the first 15 minutes, lawyer Yang Zhuoxi helped lawyer Lai Yuxiang score, making the score 1-1. In the second half, the game remained tight. Facing Guangzhou’s pressure, Shenzhen held their ground, and with less than ten minutes left, the score was still 1-1. With a penalty shootout approaching, Lai Yuxiang scored, boosting the team’s morale. Then, He Jianye, Yang Yuchang, and Ye Peng scored, widening the gap. Finally, Shenzhen won 5-1, fulfilling expectations and winning the football championship.

Due to their performance, two players from Guangzhou scored awards: Lai Yuxiang was named Best Player for his calm play and excellent ball control. He Jianye was named Best Scorer for his consistent scoring.

Many teams from Shanghai, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Changzhou, and Chongqing participated in the basketball competition. Compared to football, basketball teams were more competitive, so the competition was intense. In the group and knockout stages, every match was exciting. No team had a guaranteed win. Guangzhou basketball team worked together, using flexible tactics, quick attacks, and strong defense to defeat many opponents and reach the final.

In the final, Guangzhou basketball team started slowly, but they kept fighting. Chen Weijie, with his height and determination, blocked the opponent’s attacks and protected the basket. Yang Wenfeng scored, and Peng Limin scored a three-pointer, turning the game. Then, Yang Yuxin and Chen Guan scored, keeping the game tight. Guangzhou won the championship.
