Recently, the “Indonesian Manufacturing Summit Forum” was held in Jakarta. He pointed out that Indonesia has a wide range of land rights, including ownership, use rights, construction rights, lease rights, and occupation rights. Regarding the entities holding these rights, the duration of use, and the distinctions between different rights, Lawyer Kong Ming analyzed relevant court cases involving foreign entities in land transactions in Indonesia. His insights on the risks involved in land transactions provided practical guidance for entrepreneurs. His presentation, combined with real-world experiences of Indonesian enterprises, sparked lively discussions among the attendees.
During the afternoon roundtable session, Lawyer Kong Ming and other entrepreneurs discussed various issues such as risks and strategies in entering the Indonesian market, labor and customer acquisition risks for Chinese enterprises in Indonesia, and daily legal risks for Indonesian enterprises.
