Lawyer Ren Chao holds a master’s degree in criminal law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He graduated from Guangdong Police College with a degree in law and from British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada with a degree in business management. He is currently a senior partner at Longan Guangzhou, Director of the Longan Bay Area Enforcement Law Research Center, a member of the Chinese Law Society, a member of the Guangdong Foreign Lawyers Talent Pool, a member of the first council of the Chinese Medical Equipment Intellectual Property Alliance, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangzhou Law and Business Environment Research Institute. He also won third prize in the third national finals of the Chinese E-commerce Lecturer Competition. Lawyer Ren Chao passed the judicial examination in 2008 and worked for Sinopec Zhonghai Ship Fuel Supply Co., Ltd. for many years, serving as the head of the business risk department.

Since starting his legal career, Lawyer Ren Chao has focused on legal matters related to enforcement, corporate law, and economic criminal cases. He has handled many enforcement cases, with rich experience in identifying assets of defendants and charging them with refusal to execute judgments. He has also successfully represented clients in various criminal cases related to intellectual property, contract fraud, gambling, prostitution, and illegal fundraising. He serves as legal advisor for several companies and has represented clients in many major equity and commercial disputes.
