On the morning of November 1, 2025, the “Special Training on Bankruptcy Legal Practice”, jointly organized by the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Law Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association, the Zhuhai Bankruptcy Administrator Association, and the Zhuhai Lawyers Association, was successfully held in the meeting room on the fifth floor of the Zhuhai Judicial Bureau. Two highly respected experts in the industry were invited to give special lectures: Lawyer Zhou Junwei, Deputy Director of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association and a senior partner at Longan Guangzhou, and Lawyer Li Shanlin, Deputy Director of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association and Vice President of the Zhuhai Bankruptcy Administrator Association. Lawyer Zhou Junwei shared his insights on the theme of “Administrator and Bankruptcy Audit Reports.” With three professional backgrounds—lawyer, auditor, and master of accounting—Lawyer Zhou systematically explained the core values and criteria for a qualified bankruptcy audit report in terms of “declaring bankruptcy, clarifying assets, identifying debts, and initiating derivative litigation.” This provided clear guidance for administrators to effectively use and produce high-quality audit reports in practice.

Next, Lawyer Li Shanlin shared his insights on the theme of “Several Issues in Debt Verification in Bankruptcy.” With many years of experience in bankruptcy liquidation, Lawyer Li provided detailed analysis of various complex issues, such as the identification of “high-level executives” in employee debts, the nature of business expansion costs, the deadline for tax debt claims, the nature of non-tax items collected by tax authorities, compound interest on financial debts, the calculation of penalty interest, whether penalty interest can be subject to compound interest again, and whether the clear agreement in the mortgage guarantee contract that “double interest during delayed performance falls within the scope of mortgage priority rights” is valid in the context of bankruptcy. The content was detailed and logically structured, providing participants with practical methods and risk management strategies for verification.

3. Evaluating the effectiveness and fostering a professional ecosystem
