In order to better assist key enterprises in Guangzhou in addressing the issues related to the protection of trade secrets during their operation and development, and to enhance the ability of these enterprises to protect their trade secrets, thereby promoting their high-quality development. Under the guidance of the Guangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Research Association has carried out “one-on-one” trade secret protection activities for key enterprises across the city. This project was carried out with the assistance of the Longan Guangzhou Yan Shang Legal Service Team.
Recently, under the careful organization of the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Research Association, Lawyer Wu Rangjun, the leader of the Yan Shang team, conducted “one-on-one” training on trade secret protection at Guangzhou Haozhi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. He provided practical advice on how companies can effectively protect their trade secrets. Approximately 30 people from Haozhi’s team participated in this training.
Lawyer Wu Rangjun conducted a special training session on the theme of “Trade Secret Protection and Compliance Management”. The training covered topics such as the nature of trade secrets, measures for protecting them, reasons and goals of compliance management, and how to protect them. He also used his years of experience in trade secret protection and real cases to explain these concepts in a simple and clear manner.
The entire training lasted nearly 2 hours. Lawyer Wu’s explanations were both professional and engaging. The participants were fully engaged, listening carefully and taking notes. During the follow-up discussions, they asked questions about how companies can protect their trade secrets and how to use intellectual property for effective protection.
This activity aimed to provide professional and targeted guidance to enterprises regarding trade secret protection and management. The atmosphere at the event was lively, and the participants gained a lot from it. They praised the content as being both informative and practical. In the future, Longan Guangzhou will continue to utilize its legal resources to organize more specialized legal seminars for enterprise intellectual property protection and compliance management, thereby supporting the long-term healthy development of these enterprises.
