To celebrate International Women’s Day and further enhance the professional image and well-being of female employees, on March 7, Longan Guangzhou organized a beauty event themed “Goddesses of Spring, Guide to Self-Enjoyment” for International Women’s Day. We hope that on this spring day, the goddesses of Longan Guangzhou will discover themselves as more beautiful.

The event was hosted by Lawyer Luo Xiaoxi, Deputy Director of the Women’s Law Department at Longan Guangzhou. Nearly 40 goddesses from Longan participated in this event. An online live broadcast was also launched, allowing both online and offline participants to learn about beauty techniques up close.

The event venue was decorated in a warm and feminine manner. Various beauty products were neatly arranged on the tables, creating a pleasant aroma.

On this special day, Longan Guangzhou also held the appointment ceremony for the new head of the Women’s Law Department. Director Liu Xin of the Longan Guangzhou Management Committee presented a letter of appointment to Lawyer Wang Huixia, head of the Women’s Law Department.

Director Liu Xin said that many factors were considered when selecting the new head of the Women’s Law Department. There are many excellent women lawyers in Longan Guangzhou, and we were looking for the most suitable person. Lawyer Wang Huixia said that it is a great honor to be the head of the Women’s Law Department in Longan Guangzhou. According to incomplete statistics, the proportion of women lawyers among lawyers is now close to 50%, but the proportion of female partners is still very small, less than 20%. This is related to the fact that women lawyers face more challenges in their careers compared to men. The Women’s Law Department should play a role in bringing together women lawyers to discuss how to overcome these challenges and balance work and family life. Later, professional makeup artist Shuangshuang from the law firm explained how to apply “spring-themed makeup” for the goddesses of Longan Guangzhou. She explained every step, from pre-makeup skincare to the makeup itself.
