As China enters the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, while vigorously developing new quality productive forces and promoting the internationalization of the industrial chain for these productive forces, other countries and regions are also adapting to the reshaping of global supply chains, as well as to the upgrading towards digitalization, greenness, and modernization. These countries and regions are also entering a new cycle of “new internationalization”. Current Chinese enterprises going global should first draw professional support from the experience and lessons of multinational companies that entered the Chinese market during China’s reform and opening-up process. They can gain an ecosystem and intellectual synergy from the existing go-global practices of central state-owned enterprises and large listed companies. They should also pay close attention to hot areas for going global, such as ASEAN, MENA, Central Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe, where various international entities are participating in the “new internationalization” process. By leveraging the professional expertise of various modules such as finance, law, taxation, business, digitalization, and finance in international markets, they can find ways to break through barriers and create a mutually beneficial system.
The “New Internationalization Go-Global Breakthrough” series is developed by Lawyer Linghu Ming, a partner at Longan Law Firm (foreign affairs, compliance, and new governance), and also the leader of the “Green International Leadership” think tank project. He serves as the chief architect and organizer of this series. This series is also created through cooperation between international think tanks, domestic and foreign institutions and experts related to “finance, law, taxation, business, digitalization, and finance”. The fifth issue of “New Internationalization Go-Global” will be available on Peking University Law Library’s online platform at 15:30 on March 31.

Introduction to Tenyun Accelerator
The Tenyun Hong Kong Innovation Cluster Accelerator launched in October 2025 at Hong Kong Digital Port. It is the largest mainland technology enterprise go-global acceleration platform in Hong Kong, and it is also the first project to respond to the Hong Kong SAR Government’s “High-Tech Accelerator Pilot Program”. With the core mission of “leading Chinese high-tech enterprise clusters to go global”, the accelerator focuses on cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, biotech, and advanced manufacturing. It fulfills the mission of “Drive Your Global Success” and supports the global growth of enterprises.
The fifth issue of “New Internationalization Go-Global Breakthrough” will bring the Tenyun Accelerator to the Hong Kong Bay Area. Together with Hong Kong Digital Port, it will bring representatives of high-tech industry go-global entrepreneurs, senior experts in green computing international practices, legal and go-global compliance experts from APEC countries and regions, and experts in listed company mergers and integrations to explore new opportunities in global development. This event will be divided into two parts. The first part will be titled “Green Computing Go-Global and New Capital Ecosystem”, and will be held as an offline closed meeting. Online participation is invited by Longan and Peking University Law Library. There are 20 seats available, and participants must join the group to complete registration and confirmation of attendance.
The second part, “From Bay Area to APEC”, will be broadcast online on Peking University Law Library’s platform. Online viewers can join the exclusive community of Peking University Law Library to get the live broadcast link and event information. Everyone is welcome to invite friends and family to join the group and participate in this go-global breakthrough discussion.
