On August 20, Xiao Haiming, Director of the Management Committee of Long An Nanning, together with partners Fang Yuan and He Qingling, led a 15-member delegation to Long An Guangzhou for an exchange on Party building and operational management.

Accompanied by Deputy Director Liang Yuzhen and others, Director Xiao Haiming and his delegation toured the Party building room, reception rooms, office area, gym, and other functional spaces at Long An Guangzhou. After the tour, both sides moved to a conference room for discussion. Liu Xin, Director of the Management Committee of Long An Guangzhou, first extended a warm welcome to the delegation, noting that the two branches share deep roots and close ties. As a newly established sister branch, Long An Nanning’s development has always been closely followed by Long An Guangzhou. He expressed hopes that this exchange would enable both sides to share experience and promote mutual growth. He then shared insights on Long An’s development history and distinctive strengths, the scale and layout of branches in the Greater Bay Area, and Long An Guangzhou’s Party building and operational management.
