Long'an News | The new management committee of Long'an Shenzhen has visited Long'an Guangzhou for exchanges, as well as to hold operations management and business seminar meetings.

On October 15, 2024, Director Yao Weiguo of the new (eighth) management committee of Longan Shenzhen, along with Lawyer Lai Xiangdong, Lawyer Fang Jun, Lawyer Qiao Dishang, and Lawyer Wang Weiyi, as well as four other members of the management committee and Ms. Liu Zhiying, the administrative supervisor, visited Longan Guangzhou for exchange and consultation. Director Liu Xin of the Longan Guangzhou management committee, Lawyer Wu Rangjun and Lawyer Ge Xiangrong, the deputy directors of the management committee, Ms. Liang Yuzhen, the deputy director and head of the Comprehensive Service Center, and Lawyer Chen Qiaodan, the member of the management committee and head of the Young Lawyers Department, welcomed them warmly. Subsequently, both sides held a discussion and exchange session on the operation and management of law firms, business development, and other matters.

Under the leadership of Director Liu Xin, Director Yao Weiguo of Longan Shenzhen visited the office environment, hardware facilities, and meeting systems in Longan Guangzhou. Later, they met in the multi-functional meeting room on the 46th floor to discuss in-depth issues such as the operation and management of law firms, brand promotion and marketing, the development of young lawyers, and business expansion.

Director Liu Xin warmly welcomed the visit of Director Yao Weiguo and his team from Longan Shenzhen to Longan Guangzhou. Professional capabilities beyond specialization are crucial in the operation and management of law firms. Specialization determines the level of effort invested, and professionalism determines the effectiveness of that effort. Then, Director Liu shared the experience of the specialized management and professional management of the comprehensive service team in the Longan Guangzhou management committee. Director Yao Weiguo of the Longan Shenzhen management committee expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from the colleagues in Longan Guangzhou and briefly introduced the members of the management committee who visited – Lawyer Lai Xiangdong, Lawyer Fang Jun, Lawyer Qiao Dishang, and Lawyer Wang Weiyi, as well as Ms. Liu Zhiying, the administrative supervisor.

Director Yao said that Longan Guangzhou is the first branch where the new management committee of Longan Shenzhen has visited for exchange. He hoped that through this visit and learning, Longan Guangzhou could share its excellent experiences in administrative management, the work of young lawyers, business development, and professional training, thereby further promoting deep cooperation and exchange between Longan Shenzhen and Longan Guangzhou. Then, Director Yao mentioned three key words for the future development of Longan Shenzhen: stability, development, and unity, and also mentioned the idea of further improving the operation and management center in Longan Shenzhen.

Subsequently, Lawyer Wang Weiyi discussed brand promotion and cultural construction, while Lawyer Qiao Dishang discussed risk management system management, the professional development of young lawyers, and cooperation between the branches in Longan Shenzhen and Longan Guangzhou with Director Liu Xin and other members of the management committee.

Director Liu said that the development of young lawyers is an important part of the future operation and management of law firms. Lawyer Chen Qiaodan, a member of the Longan Guangzhou management committee and head of the Young Lawyers Department, shared the various activities organized by the Young Lawyers Department in Longan Guangzhou, such as Jixinghui, Young Lawyers Lecture Hall, and Young Lawyers Tour. She said that these activities could motivate young lawyers and enhance their sense of collective honor.
