On December 1, 2025, Lawyer Niu Jianfeng, Executive Director and Senior Partner of Longan Suzhou, along with Lawyers Hua Zhongqing and Deng Chengli, Deputy Directors and Senior Partners, visited Longan Guangzhou for exchange and cooperation. Lawyer Liu Xin, Director of the Longan Guangzhou Management Committee, Lawyer Sha Yuchen, Founding Partner, Lawyer Wu Rangjun, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and Senior Partner, and Ms. Liang Yuzhen, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and Head of the Comprehensive Service Center, received them warmly. The two sides held in-depth discussions on key issues such as the professionalization of the law firm, sustainable development, and brand promotion, jointly exploring new paths for the high-quality and sustainable development of the law firm.
Accompanied by Lawyer Liu Xin and others, Lawyer Niu Jianfeng, Executive Director of Longan Suzhou, visited the customer reception area, cultural exhibition area, and office area of Longan Guangzhou. The colleagues from Longan Suzhou highly praised the clean and orderly office environment, complete hardware facilities, and efficient back-office service system of Longan Guangzhou. During the visit, both sides had preliminary exchanges on space planning and operational efficiency of the law firm.

Lawyer Niu Jianfeng, Executive Director and Senior Partner of Longan Suzhou, expressed sincere gratitude for the honest sharing by the colleagues in Longan Guangzhou, and frankly stated the current situation and challenges of the Suzhou branch. He said he was very grateful for Director Liu Xin’s recognition, and also pointed out that although Longan Suzhou is developing steadily, it currently faces multiple challenges. This visit was to learn from the experience of the Guangzhou branch and solve practical problems in management model, talent development, and scale expansion.
Regarding the development challenges in the Suzhou branch, the two sides discussed the core issue of “how to ensure the stable and sustainable development of the law firm”. Lawyer Hua Zhongqing, Deputy Director and Senior Partner of Longan Suzhou, based on her experience visiting several branches in Longan, provided key points for breaking through similar challenges and emphasized the urgency of action. Lawyer Deng Chengli, Deputy Director and Senior Partner, proposed a development strategy of “reform of retirement benefits system + brand inheritance” regarding the partner structure, which was agreed upon by both sides. At the end of the discussion, Director Liu Xin put forward many useful suggestions for the development of the law firm, such as setting goals that fit the actual situation, creating clear division of labor in operations, and paying attention to the development of young talents.
This discussion was a vivid practice of exchange and collaborative development within the Longan system. Both sides addressed key development challenges, shared practical experiences in cost control, talent recruitment and development, and back-office construction, and reached a consensus on scale expansion, mechanism innovation, and brand inheritance.
