On the afternoon of July 22, colleagues from Longan Taiyuan and Yangzhou offices gathered in Longan Guangzhou. Director Hou Tiefang, the founding partner of Longan Taiyuan and head of the law firm, and Director Xu Xiao, the person in charge of Longan Yangzhou and a senior expert advisor at the Longan Bay ASEAN Law Research Center, along with Director Liu Xin, the chairman of the fifth council of Longan Development Fund and head of the Longan Guangzhou management committee, and Lawyer Sha Yuchen, one of the founding partners of Longan Guangzhou, discussed topics such as the size of the law firm, business development, and team building and management. They also had in-depth discussions on the future development of each office, as well as in regions like the Longan Bay and Yangtze River Delta.
Under the leadership of Director Liu Xin, Director Hou Tiefang and Director Xu Xiao visited Longan Guangzhou office with great interest. They gained a detailed understanding of the office environment, meeting rooms, facial recognition system, electronic display screens introducing the law firm, back-office operations management, the legal team, and business areas.

During the discussion, Director Liu Xin, chairman of the fifth council of Longan Development Fund and head of the Longan Guangzhou management committee, shared in detail the current personnel size and development priorities of Longan Guangzhou branch. Director Liu Xin said that, considering the current economic environment and future trends, Longan Guangzhou will pause the current large-scale expansion model. It will optimize existing resources in various ways within its current scale, and carefully develop and implement future development plans. At the same time, while continuing to maintain its back-office operations management advantages, Longan Guangzhou will focus on promoting front-office business development. Director Hou Tiefang, the founding partner of Longan Taiyuan and head of the law firm, shared her experience in managing and developing both online and offline teams during the discussion. As one of the few law firms with strong marketing awareness, Longan Taiyuan has established its own professional online and offline marketing teams and has achieved excellent results. Director Hou Tiefang pointed out that it is important to keep an eye on market changes and follow natural cycles. With the deepening of digital transformation, online teams play an increasingly important role in the law firm’s operations. Therefore, she proposed a strategy for coordinated development of online and offline teams to achieve comprehensive improvement in the law firm’s operations. During the discussion, Director Hou also shared constructively her experience in establishing both online and offline teams at Longan Taiyuan office.
Director Xu Xiao, the person in charge of Longan Yangzhou, has a rich knowledge base, keen market sense, and international awareness. During this discussion, Director Xu Xiao focused on Longan’s overseas and intellectual property business, and offered several valuable suggestions to promote the strategic layout and development of Longan’s overseas business, as well as to promote the integrated development of Longan’s intellectual property.
