Long'an News | A delegation from the Long'an Zhongshan Management Committee visited Long'an, Guangzhou for exchanges, and held an operation management and business exchange meeting!

On March 20, 2025, Director Xue Jia Bing of the Longan Zhongshan Management Committee, along with Lawyer Huang Yuxin and Lawyer Chen Weida, and other members of the management committee, as well as Lawyer Liu Xuan, Lawyer Huang Ruibin, Ms. Lin Yan, and Ms. Huang Yujuan, visited Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm for a visit and exchange. Director Liu Xin of the Longan Guangzhou Management Committee, Lawyer Ge Xiangrong, the deputy director and senior partner of the management committee, Lawyers Luo Jie and Ye Peng, and Ms. Liang Yuzhen, the deputy director and head of the Comprehensive Service Center, received them warmly. The two sides had in-depth discussions on topics such as law firm operation and management, business cooperation, and brand building.

Under the leadership of Director Liu Xin, Director Xue Jia Bing and her team first visited the office environment and hardware and software facilities of Longan Guangzhou. Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as law firm operation and management, brand promotion, business expansion, and talent introduction.

Director Liu Xin first extended a warm welcome to Director Xue Jia Bing and her team from Longan Zhongshan who came to Longan Guangzhou. He mentioned that the purpose of this exchange meeting was to strengthen communication and understanding between Longan Zhongshan and Longan Guangzhou, to learn from and exchange experiences in law firm operation and management, and to jointly explore opportunities and mechanisms for business cooperation.

Subsequently, Director Liu outlined five characteristics of Longan Guangzhou’s operation and management in recent years. First, a professional management team has been established. Second, on the basis of having a professional team, emphasis is placed on the training and support of professional staff, thereby improving the back-office operation and service capabilities. Third, importance is placed on cultural development, strengthening the “home culture” atmosphere of Longan, and reducing the spiritual costs for lawyers. Fourth, attention is paid to brand and professional empowerment; by leveraging the advantages of Longan as a large law firm, internal cooperation within the firm and between Longan branches are enhanced, thereby promoting the development of lawyers’ services. Finally, attention is given to the diversity and complementarity of talent development. In recent years, Longan Guangzhou has actively attracted professionals in various fields to fill gaps in overall business areas.

Director Xue Jia Bing of the Longan Zhongshan Management Committee expressed heartfelt thanks for the warm reception from Longan Guangzhou. She introduced the members of the management committee who attended the visit—Lawyer Huang Yuxin, the executive director of the management committee, Lawyer Chen Weida, the deputy director of the management committee, and Lawyer Liu Xuan, Lawyer Huang Ruibin, Ms. Lin Yan, and Ms. Huang Yujuan.

Subsequently, Director Liu Xin, Director Xue Jia Bing, and Lawyer Huang Yuxin had in-depth discussions on topics such as integrated office operations in the Bay Area, the establishment of law firm management systems, the input-output ratio of the law firm, and the path to scale expansion.

Lawyer Ge Xiangrong, the deputy director and senior partner of the Longan Guangzhou Management Committee, highlighted the research directions, personnel structure, role of the center, and ways of business cooperation at the Longan Guangzhou Research Center for major and complex civil and commercial cases. She also discussed with Director Xue Jia Bing and her team issues such as the production of professional articles and risk management.

Lawyer Ye Peng, a senior partner of Longan Guangzhou and head of the Cross-border E-commerce Law Service Center, discussed the cross-border e-commerce market in Zhongshan, product exports, and legal service needs with members of Longan Zhongshan.

Lawyer Luo Jie, a senior partner of Longan Guangzhou, introduced the purpose, main focus, personnel structure, and annual plan of the Longan Bay Area Criminal Prevention and Control Research Center. He also had in-depth discussions with Director Xue Jia Bing and her team on professional collaboration and business exchanges in the criminal field.

This visit and exchange by the Longan Zhongshan Management Committee to Longan Guangzhou further deepened the understanding and trust between Longan Guangzhou and Longan Zhongshan. It also laid a solid foundation for future deep cooperation between the two. Through sharing experiences and discussing cooperation, both sides have clarified their development directions of resource sharing and complementary strengths. In the future, Longan Guangzhou and Longan Zhongshan will continue to work together to promote the scale development and regional cooperation in the Longan Bay Area, providing clients with more professional, high-quality, and efficient legal services, and contributing more to the construction of a legal society!
