Vast mountains and rivers, a galaxy of stars in the world; during the Mid-Autumn Festival, families come together. On September 13th, the “Moon Reflecting on Mid-Autumn, Joyful Night Talk” Mid-Autumn Banquet for Partners of Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Beijing concluded successfully. On this day filled with reunion, over 50 partners from Longan Guangzhou gathered together, enjoying wine under the moonlight and sharing thoughts about Longan. The event was hosted by Lawyer Xie Xin, a senior partner of Longan Guangzhou.

The event began in a warm and solemn atmosphere. The partners arrived one after another and took precious photos in front of the theme background wall. Then, they wrote their Mid-Autumn blessings on bookmarks and hung them on the blessing wall, expressing their hopes for the future.

One of the highlights of the banquet was the red wine tasting activity. Under the guidance of professionals from the winery, the partners carefully tasted four wines from different years and regions, and shared their experiences regarding wine tasting.

Director Liu Xin of the Longan Guangzhou Management Committee delivered a speech for the event. Director Liu started with humor, clarifying two “rumors” and emphasizing the main purpose of the event—providing a formal gathering place for partners to strengthen their relationships.

At the same time, Director Liu Xin put forward three suggestions: First, in the current economic environment, partners should have a sense of crisis regarding business development. They should adjust their business directions according to market and policy changes, seek new opportunities, and cherish existing client resources while improving service quality. Second, regarding online marketing, Director Liu encouraged everyone to try new approaches based on their client groups and business characteristics, but not to follow blindly or be overly anxious, as different types of clients require different marketing strategies. Third, he emphasized the importance of internal market exchanges, including internal cooperation within the firm, between Longan and Guangzhou, and across Longan’s country. Director Liu reminded everyone to have a clear personal position and showcase their professional, brand, or resource advantages, so that others know who you are and why they should cooperate with you.

Then, Director Liu Xin introduced the three new partners who joined recently, and invited them to introduce themselves. Lawyers Liu Min, Gao Xin, and Luo Yunyu briefly described their areas of expertise and past experiences, expressing their joy at joining Longan Guangzhou.

As the moon became brighter, all partners from Longan Guangzhou took a memorable group photo in the twilight, capturing this warm and joyful moment. After that, it was time for the self-service banquet. The partners enjoyed food and exchanged ideas in a relaxed atmosphere, spending a memorable Mid-Autumn night together.
