Song Zhijiang holds a law degree and has practiced for over ten years. He is a senior partner at Longan Guangzhou and a distinguished real estate and construction lawyer. His expertise covers construction projects and corporate legal advisory, serving multiple general contracting and first-grade construction companies as well as industrial park development firms. He is also a listed lawyer for an international engineering contracting company.
In litigation, Attorney Song has handled numerous major and complex cases in construction and real estate, accumulating rich practical experience. Representative wins include: a construction contract dispute between a construction company and a real estate developer (project value approx. RMB 150 million), a dispute involving an actual constructor against a construction company and a developer (project value approx. RMB 250 million), and a subrogation dispute (project value approx. RMB 120 million), among dozens of cases with values ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of yuan. Additionally, Song led special legal services for large-scale property projects, including an industrial park in Sanshui District, Foshan (approx. 39,000 sqm), an industrial park renovation in Nansha District, Guangzhou (approx. 40,000 sqm), and a vocational school construction in Nanhai District, Foshan (approx. 58,000 sqm).

Zhang Junqiang is a Communist Party member, holds an LL.M., and is a partner at Longan Guangzhou. Before becoming a full-time lawyer in 2015, he served as legal director for a foreign-invested enterprise’s South China headquarters. His team specializes in criminal and commercial litigation, particularly economic crimes, duty-related crimes, cyber crimes, corporate criminal defense, criminal complaints, corporate litigation, and corporate governance. They serve as permanent legal counsel for various enterprises, government agencies, and grassroots organizations.
Zhang currently serves as a special legal advisor for a district public security bureau and a mediator in Tianhe District. He has received multiple commendations for legal services, and his cases have won Guangzhou Lawyer Business Achievement Awards and been covered by media. The team has handled over 780 difficult criminal and commercial cases, achieving many successful results such as bail pending trial, non-prosecution, acquittal, and second-instance reversals. In criminal complaints, they have helped clients secure case filings and convictions. In commercial litigation, they have repeatedly obtained favorable outcomes through appeals and retrials.
Core team member Wang Ying is a Communist Party member with a full-time LL.M., focusing on criminal defense and corporate criminal compliance. She has years of practical experience in listed companies. Since practicing, she has handled numerous complex criminal cases, served multiple listed companies and large private enterprises, and provided specialized criminal compliance and permanent legal advisory services, with extensive experience in preventing corporate criminal risks.
