On the afternoon of April 3, 2025, the Vietnam ASL Law Firm, which ranks among the top in Vietnam in terms of comprehensive capabilities (specializing in anti-dumping and anti-monopoly, intellectual property, and investment mergers and acquisitions), sent a delegation to Longan Guangzhou for a friendly exchange visit. The Vietnamese representatives included its director, Lawyer Phạm Duy Khương, and senior partner Lawyer Đỗ Bá Thích. Lawyer Li Dingbang, Lawyer Wu Yalan, and Consultant Dai Wenjun from Longan Guangzhou welcomed them warmly. The discussion was based on the so-called “reciprocal tariffs” policy implemented by the Trump administration in many countries. Both sides discussed the potential challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, as well as topics such as cross-border legal services and business expansion.
