2026年4月9日至12日，第十八届法兰克福国际投资模拟仲裁庭-贸仲中国（内地）赛区预选赛在广州举办，本届赛事由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会主办，中山大学法学院、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会香港仲裁中心及中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会华南分会承办。赛事共吸引了全国近40所院校参与，包括清华大学、北京大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、中山大学在内的多家国内知名学府均有参与竞逐。

The 18th Edition of Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court—CIETAC China (Mainland) Qualifying Round was held in Guangzhou from April 9th to April 12th, 2026. The tournament was hosted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitraton Commission (CIETAC) and organized by the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University, CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center, and CIETAC South China Sub-Commission. The tournament attracted nearly 40 universities nationwide, including prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Sun Yat-sen University.

赛事简介

法兰克福国际投资模拟仲裁庭(Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court) 是目前国际投资法和国际投资仲裁领域最具影响力的国际投资仲裁模拟竞赛，自2008年以来已成功举办至第18届。

2019年，为积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，在商务部条法司的大力支持下，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会首次将该赛事引入中国内地，并成功在丝绸之路的起点——西安市举办了28场热身赛。自2021年起，贸仲中国（内地）赛区预选赛（“贸仲预选赛”）成为内地高校队伍晋级法兰克福国际投资模拟仲裁庭国际赛区的独家途径。

The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court stands as the most influential international competition in the field of international investment law and investment arbitration. Since its inception in 2008, the competition has successfully held 18 editions.

In 2019, to actively implement the Belt and Road Initiative and with the strong support of the Department of Treaty and Law of the Ministry of Commerce, CIETAC introduced this competition to the Chinese mainland for the first time. It successfully held 28 preparatory events in Xi’an, an important starting point of the ancient Silk Road. Since 2021, the CIETAC China (Mainland) Qualifying Round has served as a major official channel for university teams from the Chinese mainland to participate in the international rounds of the Frankfurt InvestmentArbitration Moot Court.

杨 仑 律师

杨仑律师先后毕业于中山大学法学院和美国范德堡大学法学院，分别获法学学士和法学硕士学位。自执业以来，长期专注于涉外公司商事法律服务、知识产权及跨境争议解决法律服务。杨仑律师现为广东省律师协会涉外律师新锐人才，并担任广州欧美同学会海珠分会副秘书长。

蔡梦菲律师，中国人民大学诉讼法硕士，广东省涉外律师新锐人才，现为北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所律师，主要在广州办公室执业。

蔡梦菲律师执业多年，深耕争议解决、知识产权、国际贸易、债权债务梳理等领域，在国际贸易、知识产权维权等方面积累了丰富的胜诉经验，尤其擅长将理论知识灵活运用到实务中，高效解决复杂法律问题。

蔡律师曾为多家大型知名企业、国外企业在华公司、中外合资企业提供法律服务，涵盖新消费、新媒体、建筑工程等多个赛道，处理的域名争议、建筑工程结算、商标维权等案件均取得良好效果，还曾协助供应链客户搭建股权投资框架，为客户提供全流程一体化法律服务，赢得广泛认可。
