2026年3月16日，北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所杨仑律师和蔡梦菲律师受邀担任第23届Vis East Moot国际商事仲裁辩论赛仲裁员。本届Vis East Moot自3月16日到3月19日在香港举行，吸引了来自30多个国家、170所知名高等院校参赛，包括北京大学、香港城市大学等知名法学院校，均派选队伍参赛。
On March 16, 2026, lawyers Yang Lun and Cai Mengfei from Beijing Long ‘an (Guangzhou) Law Firm were invited to serve as arbitrators for the 23rd Vis East Moot. This year’s Vis East Moot, held in Hong Kong from March 16 to 19, attracted 170 renowned universities from over 30 countries, including Peking University and the City University of Hong Kong, which sent teams to compete.

During the competition review process, the two lawyers demonstrated their professional capabilities in the legal field from an international perspective. The two lawyers were invited to participate in the top international commercial arbitration debate competition. Vis East Moot国际商事仲裁辩论赛是著名的国际民商法领域法学竞赛。鉴于亚洲经济持续高速发展，国际商业贸易和亚洲跨境贸易纠纷数量不断增长的现实情况，此项比赛诞生并持续发展，同时也提供给拥有亚洲背景的法律专业学生、学者和专业人士国际仲裁和贸易法领域的实践机会和丰富经验。
The Vis East Moot Competition is the sister competition to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. Given the continuous and rapid expansion of Asia’s economy, international commercial transactions and, inevitably, cross-border disputes in Asia have been on the rise. The Vis East Moot provides law students, academics, and professionals with a similar exposure to, and experience in, international arbitration and trade law as the Vis Moot in Vienna, but with an Asian context.

蔡梦菲 律师
蔡梦菲律师，中国人民大学诉讼法硕士，广东省涉外律师新锐人才，现为北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所律师，主要在广州办公室执业。
蔡梦菲律师执业多年，深耕争议解决、知识产权、国际贸易、债权债务梳理等领域，在国际贸易、知识产权维权等方面积累了丰富的胜诉经验，尤其擅长将理论知识灵活运用到实务中，高效解决复杂法律问题。
蔡律师曾为多家大型知名企业、国外企业在华公司、中外合资企业提供法律服务，涵盖新消费、新媒体、建筑工程等多个赛道，处理的域名争议、建筑工程结算、商标维权等案件均取得良好效果，还曾协助供应链客户搭建股权投资框架，为客户提供全流程一体化法律服务，赢得广泛认可。
蔡梦菲律师为中国人民大学诉讼法硕士，工作语言为中文和英文。在加入隆安律师事务所之前，蔡梦菲律师曾于多家国内领先的律师事务所工作。
杨仑 律师
杨仑律师先后毕业于中山大学法学院和美国范德堡大学法学院，分别获法学学士和法学硕士学位。自执业以来，长期专注于涉外公司商事法律服务、知识产权及跨境争议解决法律服务。杨仑律师现为广东省律师协会涉外律师新锐人才，并担任广州欧美同学会海珠分会副秘书长。
杨仑律师曾经或正在为多家知名跨国公司、大型国有企业和知名民营企业，提供公司商事相关的法律服务，包括公司对外投资、劳动人事、知识产权保护及数据合规事宜。在企业出海方面，杨仑律师现为隆安湾区东盟法律研究中心研究员，在美国、新加坡、澳大利亚、新西兰、泰国、越南等多个亚太地区主要国家建立了丰富的合作服务网络。加入北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所之前，杨仑律师曾在两家国内领先的精品律师事务所工作。
